What kind of product images do I need to submit?

We require 8–10 high-resolution images of each product from multiple angles. Ideally, these should be shot against a white or light gray background to ensure accurate AI training. We do not accept sketches—only finished products ready for market.

What creative references do I need to provide?

We ask for style reference links from Pinterest or similar platforms to help us understand your preferred model type, mood, color palette, and background environments.

How do I receive my final files?

All deliverables are sent via our proprietary branded portal. You’ll get a secure login and a mobile-friendly experience—no more juggling Google Drive or WeTransfer.

Is this a software I’ll need to learn?

No. This is a done-for-you creative service. You submit your materials—we handle everything else.

Can I submit product images from my website?

Yes. If your e-commerce site features clear and well-lit product images, you may share those as your source material.

What if the AI doesn’t replicate the clothing perfectly?

While our AI is highly accurate, it is not flawless. If the initial concepts do not match your product accurately, you can reject them during the concept review stage—and you will not be charged for that item. However, this decision must be made before the final images and video are generated.

Do I own the final images and videos?

Yes. All assets are cleared for full commercial use unless otherwise specified.

Are you creating e-commerce photos?

No. We are not replacing your standard white-background e-commerce photos. We transform those into editorial-style images and stylized video content for marketing and social media campaigns.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 15 business days. Rush delivery (7 days) is available for an additional $299 per batch.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. However, we recommend using our service for at least 3 months to see consistent brand storytelling and maximize your creative assets.
